30' Biothane Long Line

You need a long line, and this one is perfect!

Waterproof, odor proof, and super easy to clean! We can make it with or without a handle. The handle can get caught on obstacles as your dog runs so we prefer to train without handles. This might not be the case for you, so we offer handles. And if you get a handle and decide you don't like it, you can just cut it off!

Training with a long line is the only way that you can safely get some distance from your dog and train consistently. It's a great step working towards off leash obedience or complying with leash laws in your area. And if your dog is not solid on their recall, this gives them so much freedom while not putting them in danger of being off leash or learning that they don't have to come back if they don't want too.

HTX Dog Gear Collars and Leashes are ONLY made with stainless steel or solid brass hardware. This is for the safety of you and your dog! Unless a label specifically says it’s made out of stainless or solid brass, it’s more than likely nickel plated garbage. Cheap nickel plated hardware will break abruptly when it fails.

The Biothane Beta 520 we use on our gear is rated at 1000 lbs. of breaking strength per inch of width (1”=1000 lbs or ⅜”= 375 lbs.) It is weather, mud and waterproof and easy to clean with just a little soap and water. We recommend that you do not machine wash your leashes or collars as the hardware may scratch during the process.
